Private Pi-Yo

As your PiYo instructor, I am here to guide you through a dynamic and challenging workout that combines the best of Pilates and yoga. PiYo is a low-impact, high-energy workout that helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase endurance. During our class, we will flow through a series of fluid movements that incorporate elements of Pilates and yoga, such as sun salutations, planks, lunges, and balances.
